- High season: all school holidays in Belgium (Christmas-, Easter-,Crocus- and Autumn holiday, and the months of July and August), as well as the Ascension and Pentecost weekends
- Low season: all other periods
Rental prices include:
- Utility usage (gas, electricity, water)
- WIFI
- Bath and kitchen towels, duvets
- Final cleaning
- Tourist tax (City of Ypres)
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment of 200 EUR. The remaining amount due plus a 250 EUR warranty shall be paid one week before the arrival date. The warranty will be refunded to your bank account within one week after your departure.
Our rental house is non-smoking.
Pets are not admitted.
